How to program functional fitness workouts

There has been a big rise in popularity for functional fitness and CrossFit style training during the lockdown as people looked to maximise their workouts with whatever equipment they had available to them at home!

 

As gyms reopen, i wanted to help show people how they could program their workouts in a functional way and the type of things they should be looking out for as they make the change!
